Madeira Island Taxi offers private taxi transportation services around Madeira Island. We do not provide licensed guided tours. Our itineraries are suggestions only, meant to help customers make the most of their journey. The driver will not act as a tour guide.
All bookings are subject to availability.
Advance reservations are recommended to secure preferred dates and times.
Confirmation will be provided via email or message upon acceptance of your booking.
All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include VAT.
Prices are based on the chosen itinerary and duration.
Additional time or detours not included in the original plan may incur extra charges.
Payment can be made in cash directly to the driver or via other methods if arranged in advance.
A deposit may be required for certain services or group bookings.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may be subject to a full fare charge.
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or other events beyond our control. We will do our best to keep you informed and offer alternatives if possible.
Passengers are responsible for their own belongings.
Madeira Island Taxi is not liable for lost or damaged items during transport.
Passengers must behave respectfully toward the driver and vehicle.
Smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, or any illegal activities are not allowed in the vehicle.
The company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence or acting inappropriately.
Madeira Island Taxi is insured according to Portuguese law and operates in accordance with all local transportation regulations. However, we are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage beyond our legal obligations.
